These searches were made in December 2015 and updated in May 2016. The WR-40 annual reporting provided by the Office from their in-house database in December 2015. The tables presented on this website reproduce the original search results in abbreviated form, not all the columns presented in the Office\u2019s databases are presented here.<\/p>\n<p>There are five tables: Project Wells Inspections, Project Wells Violations, Project Wells MITs, Project Wells Permitting, and Project Wells WR40 Annual Reporting. Each table has a separate page which has a link to a downloadable PDF version of that table. Original worksheets which form the basis of the tables are available in individual well Excel workbooks which can be accessed on individual pages <a href=\"http:\/\/sootypaws.net\/gws\/uic\/project\/wells.html\">here<\/a>. An Excel\u00a0 workbook with combined data from all the individual well worksheets is also <a href=\"http:\/\/sootypaws.net\/gws\/uic\/project\/documents\/database\/wells_mits_inspections_permitting_novs.xls\">available for download<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The tables present all the information in multiple pages and the display of rows per page is adjustable.
